When you re down cheer yourself up

Everyone cries. No one can say they never cried before because they have they know they even when you're a baby it counts. If you cry and you're very sensitive (like me) heres a way to prevent that sadness:
First avoid yourself from a stage when you're about to have a breakdown, so if you're having a fight with your bestfriend or parents and its getting to a serious stage, you can follow my tip i invented which is called 'Surrender or Hide' and basically what it is, is you either surrender to their argument and say SORRY, or you just walk away from the argument and give them the 'Silent Treatment' for a short period of time, then after you can talk to them, acting as if nothing has ever happened, true friends would take the hint, otherwise ur 'friend' has just used you or either thought you're not cool enough for you, so I wouldn't sweat about them much. Some times your friend will take a little more time to face the music, and be nice to you a short while after, these are still true friends, due to them being as sorry/forgivable as you were prepared to be.
Secondly, when you well up, think of something you absolutely adore, or think of colourful meadows, but if they make you cry even more, then deeply breathe in and out 10 times to refreshen your nerves and the heart, you see, when you cry your heart starts to beat faster, so your muscles need more energy to help the heart carry on pumping, so when you inhale and dehale heavy breaths it will calm your heart and lungs.
Furthermore, if you have asthma definitely take your inhaler, you could actually faint from crying if you don't take your asthma, so make sure you have your inhaler with you at all times.
Lastly, put a smile on when you're crying (or at least try to), it will help you forget crying and carry on smiling, as if crying doesn't exist ;)

Second inspiring quote of the day.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
Eleanor Roosevelt

first quote of the day

“Dream as if you’ll live forever, live as if you’ll die today.” – James Dean

Dreams are important, but they do not come to fruition if you do not take action. Don’t procrastinate. Start living the life you want to live today. There is always a step you can take. There is always something you can do.
