In anger with someone or about to pull a fist

Whenever you are unsure about someone and, your entire body is full of fury when you see them, here are a some tips to keep you in a warm temperature and calm and relaxed:
Tip one: Count to ten in your head.
Tip two: Take three deep breaths (don't forget to breathe in and out heavily so all your angry chemicals float out.)
Tip three: Think of something you love/adore, i.e food, heaven, your favourite whatnots.)
Tip four: Try to replace your angry, fuming thoughts with something pleasant, something you adore, so it will crack your sinister side of thinking.
Tip 5: Finally,NEVER show your hatred towards them- disguise it with fake smiles and nice comments. However, don't execute them with happiness too much otherwise you'll act nicer to them than anyone, and start back-biting about them too much;we all know what they say about back-biting now, don't we? ;) 
I hope these five tips help you alot they can really be used for ANYTHING, but I intend to use them because theres one person in my family (well not full family) that I loathe a little. Anyway, enjoy hopefully it should help, :D
